1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "jill58" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" / "Our" — refers to jill58, the online casino and sports betting platform operating at jill58.net, together with its operators, directors, employees, agents, and authorized service providers.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" — refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses jill58 services.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created on jill58, including the associated wallet and transaction history.
• "Services" — refers collectively to all gaming products, betting markets, payment services, promotional programs, customer support, and related features made available through jill58.
• "PAGCOR" — refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the governmental authority responsible for regulating and licensing gambling operations in the Philippines.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• "Wallet" — refers to the Philippine Peso-denominated virtual account balance held within a Player's jill58 Account.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or cashback amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to applicable bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as specified in individual promotion terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By completing the jill58 registration process and checking the acceptance box during registration, you enter into a legally binding agreement with jill58 governed by these Terms & Conditions.

2.2 These Terms apply to all access and use of the jill58 platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, bingo, sabong, and virtual games.

2.3 These Terms are supplemented by jill58's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, individual game rules, and specific promotional terms, all of which are incorporated by reference. In the event of conflict, the more specific document governs for that specific matter.

2.4 Continued use of jill58 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. jill58 will notify registered players of material changes via email or platform notification with reasonable advance notice.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. jill58 services are available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during use. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online casino and sports betting operations in the Philippines.

3.2 Philippine Residency. jill58 is licensed to serve players located within the Philippines. By registering, you represent that you are a Filipino resident accessing the platform from within the Philippines.

3.3 Legal Capacity. You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that participation in online gambling is not prohibited under any law applicable to you.

3.4 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to use jill58: (a) individuals under the age of 21; (b) PAGCOR employees and officials; (c) jill58 employees and their immediate family members; (d) persons self-excluded from jill58 or any PAGCOR-registered gambling platform; (e) persons known to have a gambling disorder and under active treatment.

3.5 jill58 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player may maintain only one (1) registered Account on jill58. The existence of multiple accounts attributed to one individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine address, valid email address, and active Philippine mobile number.

4.3 KYC Verification. jill58 is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all registered players. KYC verification is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Accepted Philippine government-issued identification includes: UMID, Driver's License, Philippine Passport, and PhilSys National ID.

4.4 KYC Timing. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification immediately upon registration to prevent delays when requesting withdrawals. jill58 may request updated KYC documentation at any time in compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.

4.5 Account Integrity. You may not allow any other person to access or use your jill58 Account. Account sharing or transfer is prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension.

5. Account Security

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jill58 Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes.

5.2 jill58 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication on your Account via Account Settings. You accept full responsibility for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials.

5.3 You must notify jill58 customer support immediately via live chat or email if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. jill58 will investigate and may temporarily freeze your Account to protect your balance.

5.4 jill58 will never request your password via email, SMS, or social media. Any communication requesting your jill58 login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to jill58 support.

5.5 jill58 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, except in cases where such loss is directly attributable to jill58's own systems failure.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

All deposits to your jill58 Wallet must be made through jill58's approved payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank (via InstaPay), 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. jill58 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their standard transaction fees.

By depositing, you represent that the funds are from a legitimate source and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. jill58 cooperates fully with PAGCOR's AML/CFT monitoring requirements.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests require completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal amounts must not exceed your Available Balance (Real Money balance excluding locked Bonus Funds). Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200.

Processing times are as follows: GCash and Maya — 5 to 30 minutes for KYC-verified accounts; BPI, BDO, and UnionBank via InstaPay — same business day; Coins.ph — 5 to 30 minutes. jill58 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above threshold amounts as required by PAGCOR's AML guidelines.

6.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). For USDT TRC20 transactions, conversion rates applied at the time of the transaction are final and non-negotiable. jill58 displays applicable rates before confirmation of such transactions.

7. Bonus & Promotional Terms

7.1 jill58 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published with each individual promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in individual promotion terms, Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. jill58 prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: (a) coordinated wagering by multiple accounts to fulfill wagering requirements; (b) using bonus funds for wagering strategies that guarantee profit regardless of outcome; (c) withdrawing deposited funds after claiming a matched deposit bonus without meeting the wagering requirement. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in Account suspension.

7.4 jill58 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have accepted a promotion and are in the process of completing wagering requirements will not be adversely affected by a withdrawal of the promotion without reasonable accommodation.

8. Gaming Rules & Fairness

8.1 All games offered on jill58 are sourced from licensed and regulated gaming providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently certified. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate representations of long-run theoretical returns.

8.2 Individual game rules are governed by the rules published within each game and by the applicable provider's official rules documentation. In case of discrepancy, the provider's official rules document governs.

8.3 jill58 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, network failure, or system malfunction has materially affected the integrity or fairness of the outcome. In such cases, the stake amount will be returned to the player's Wallet.

8.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on jill58 are settled based on the official result of the relevant sporting authority. In the event of event postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, specific settlement rules apply as published in jill58's sports betting terms. jill58's decisions regarding bet settlement are final subject to the formal dispute process described in Section 15.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jill58 and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with jill58 games or systems
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain unfair advantage
• Attempting to manipulate the outcomes of any jill58 game or betting market
• Money laundering, structuring, or using jill58 for any financial crime
• Multi-accounting or facilitating another person's access to your Account
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with jill58's operations or other players' experience
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any jill58 security system

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the jill58 platform — including but not limited to the jill58 brand, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of jill58 or its licensed content providers.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jill58 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

10.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any jill58 intellectual property without prior written authorization.

11. Privacy & Data

11.1 jill58 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines.

11.2 By registering, you consent to jill58 collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, AML monitoring, responsible gaming, customer support, and marketing communications where separately consented to.

11.3 jill58 will share personal data with PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities where required by law or regulatory directive. Please refer to jill58's Privacy Policy for full details of data handling practices.

12. Responsible Gaming

12.1 jill58 is committed to providing responsible gaming tools and resources to all registered players. The following tools are available via Account Settings at any time:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Per-session loss limits
• Session time reminders and reality check alerts
• Cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days
• Permanent self-exclusion (effective immediately upon activation)

12.2 By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk, that past results do not predict future outcomes, and that jill58 games are for entertainment purposes only. You commit to gambling within your personal financial means.

12.3 jill58 may unilaterally impose deposit limits, cooling-off periods, or Account suspension on accounts where jill58's responsible gaming monitoring identifies patterns indicative of problem gambling, without prior notice where immediate player protection requires it.

12.4 Self-Exclusion Commitment. A self-exclusion request is a serious personal protection decision. jill58 will process self-exclusion requests immediately upon submission via Account Settings. Self-excluded players may not be re-registered on jill58 during the exclusion period. Requests to reverse a self-exclusion during a cooling-off period will not be honored.

13. Suspension & Termination

13.1 jill58 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is a suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms; (b) PAGCOR or a competent authority directs such action; (c) jill58 determines that the Account poses an integrity, fraud, AML, or security risk to the platform or other players.

13.2 Upon termination for cause (material breach), jill58 may forfeit any Bonus Funds in the Account. Real Money balances will be returned to the player through the original deposit method following completion of any required investigation, unless the funds are the subject of AML or fraud proceedings.

13.3 Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jill58 customer support. Any Real Money balance at the time of voluntary closure, after deduction of applicable Bonus Funds under wagering requirements, will be processed for withdrawal to the player's verified payment method.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 jill58 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions.

14.2 To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, jill58's aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or related to use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.3 jill58 is not liable for: (a) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms; (c) losses attributable to third-party payment provider failures; (d) losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain account security.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms limits jill58's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud attributable to jill58's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

15. Disputes & Governing Law

15.1 Internal Dispute Resolution. Any complaint or dispute arising from use of jill58 should first be submitted to jill58 customer support via live chat or email at [email protected]. jill58 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

15.2 PAGCOR Dispute Resolution. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction through jill58's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official dispute resolution procedures, which jill58 is obligated to participate in under its licensing conditions.

15.3 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

16. Amendments

16.1 jill58 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or platform operations.

16.2 Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to the registered address and/or via platform notification at least fourteen (14) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where PAGCOR directives require immediate implementation.
